1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from ASPIRA (aspira.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to place orders.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but slight variations may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation). We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud — in such cases a full refund is issued. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999; a ₹79 fee applies otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Certain items (innerwear, accessories marked final-sale) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality checks.
7. Coupons & Offers
Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order value, expiry, one per order). ASPIRA may withdraw or modify offers at any time. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — the ASPIRA name, logo, designs, photography and copy — is owned by or licensed to ASPIRA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASPIRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
